I have lived in Boulder for over 35 years, raising my family and enjoying the unique lifestyle this community offers. I have been involved in Real Estate in Boulder County since 1989. My priority is to provide outstanding customer service to both Sellers and Buyers.
In addition to traditional sales, my real estate activities include buying and fixing up homes for resale, producing a video on preparing a home for sale, speaking locally and nationally on cost effective home improvements and consulting with homeowners on how to maximize profits when making improvements. I can help you decide which improvements make the most sense and help you stage your home, if it is appropriate.
My other real estate related activity is affordable housing. I currently teach national classes to other real estate brokers about how to work with their local affordable housing programs. For 15 years I served on the Board of Directors of Thistle Community Housing, a private non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable rental and homeownership opportunities in the Boulder area. I was president of the board for 6 years. My involvement with Thistle convinced me that other realtors could benefit from learning how affordable housing works in order to provide excellent services to anyone who wants to own their own home.
Involvement in the community has always been important to me. I have served on the Board of Directors of United Way, Boulder County Safehouse and Nomad Players. My past career was Director of Human Resources and community services for Boulder County.
